Cost of Attendance

The estimated Cost of Attendance (COA) is an estimated budget that includes categories of expenses that a student can expect to incur while attending college.  The COA sets the maximum amount of financial aid a student can receive.

Estimated COA does not necessarily reflect actual charges.

*Educational expenses are based upon the cost of tuition, books, class supplies, food, housing, transportation, personal expenses, and other related educational expenses may be included. The tuition cost is determined by the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) Board. All other costs are determined by a survey conducted by the WTCS administration, and a yearly cost-of-living increase is applied. Tuition is based on Wisconsin residents.

Depending on educational program, you may also include costs associated with obtaining a license, or a first professional credential.

Students with dependent care, computer, or study abroad expenses should contact the Financial Aid Office to document allowable expenses which may serve to increase their COA.

Students with disability-related expenses may contact the Financial Aid Office to have their additional expenses considered. Disability-related expenses include but are not limited to personal assistance, equipment, and supplies. The Financial Aid Office may include disability expenses in the COA that are not provided by other assisting agencies.
