Lead. Engage. Aspire. Develop.

What Happens in the LEAD Center?

Great leaders are not built in a day—or in just one way. Here are the many ways the LEAD Center supports leadership growth for our communities:

LEAD

...with knowledge gained from Mid-State's leadership and management programs, diplomas, and certificates

ENGAGE

...in stimulating events and experiences, or reserve the LEAD Center to host your own

ASPIRE

...to support aspiring leaders and K–12 activities

DEVELOP

...workforce connections and skills through continuing education and professional development

Lead · Students

The LEAD Center is "home base" for Mid-State's business management and leadership degree programs. Students experience the space through a variety of hands-on activities and special events. The LEAD Center gives them a dedicated place to build real-world connections and confidence as leaders.
