The 11th Annual Trapshoot Fundraiser is an exciting way to help raise money for emergency loan and grant programs that benefit Mid-State students in need!Every year, competitors and sponsors at this highly anticipated event make some wonderful memories to match the positive impact their support will have on the lives of students.Adult competitors must be 18 years of age or older. Youth ages 10–17 may participate if accompanied by parent or guardian. All participants will be required to sign a waiver of participation at the event.Five-person teams. Limited to the first 25 teams. Registration due by September 4.Adult = $85/shooterYouth = $50/shooter

Mid-State Technical College and University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UWSP) students are invited to participate in an idea contest. This in-person event will be a low stakes early opportunity for future entrepreneurs and leaders to share a proposed solution to a business or community challenge.Five participants will walk away with $100.

Ag Rescue Training

Emergency response to farm incidents remains a challenge to rescue services.It is also challenging when fewer personnel in today’s rural departments have agricultural backgrounds. This program is designed for Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and fire rescue personnel to supplement basic emergency knowledge, skills, and ability with training for agricultural incidents. Ag Rescue Training will challenge your knowledge regarding specific farm incident situations while providing take-home-and-use information.
