Public Safety Readiness Starts Before The Emergency.This two-day event presents practical strategies and tools to improve physical readiness, mental resilience, leadership, injury prevention, recovery, leadership, and overall organizational wellness. The practical tools focus on actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately to support healthier personnel, stronger teams, and more effective agencies.This symposium is open to emergency services, law enforcement, fire/EMS, first responders, dispatch, corrections, emergency management, DNR, military, supervisors, and organizational leaders committed to supporting the people who serve.

The 11th Annual Trapshoot Fundraiser is an exciting way to help raise money for emergency loan and grant programs that benefit Mid-State students in need!Every year, competitors and sponsors at this highly anticipated event make some wonderful memories to match the positive impact their support will have on the lives of students.Adult competitors must be 18 years of age or older. Youth ages 10–17 may participate if accompanied by parent or guardian. All participants will be required to sign a waiver of participation at the event.Five-person teams.
