DEI Applied Pre-Conference Training
Participants will increase their understanding of common identity-based vocabulary through a 101 lesson while developing reflective listening and knowledge of the four I's of oppression: interpersonal, institutional, ideological and internalized. Additionally, participants will engage in guided identity exploration and learn how to use defensiveness as a tool for change.
