What Is Your Leadership Style? is a workshop in the Lead the Way – Leadership Development Series, which is free and open to the public. Attend one or all to grow your leadership skills.
Are you an authoritarian leader? A democratic one? Or maybe you prefer a laissez-faire approach? Through this session, we’ll touch on three different leadership styles to see which one is your natural style. Then we’ll talk about how different situations and people require different styles, and you’ll get to practice identifying which style is best in various situations.
