A canine cancer class will be offered at all Mid-State locations this April. Participants can attend in person on Tuesdays, April 3 –24, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Stevens Point Campus. The class is also available via Telepresence video conferencing at Mid-State’s Adams County Center, Marshfield campus and Wisconsin Rapids campus, as well as an online.

The class is geared toward learning to make confident choices regarding canine care. Course topics include types of cancer, emotions and positive coping strategies, methods of care and much more. A veterinarian and essential oils practitioner will participate as guest lecturers.
