Leadership Challenge Part I is a workshop in the Lead the Way – Leadership Development Series, which is free and open to the public. Attend one or all to grow your leadership skills.
The Leadership Challenge, written by James Kouzes and Barry Posner, shares that there are five practices that great leaders exhibit. This session will focus on two of those practices: Model the Way and Inspire a Shared Vision.
