Health & Wellness Promotion Summer Academy
Interested in a career in health and wellness? The Health & Wellness Promotion Summer Academy allows high school juniors and seniors to earn up six credits in two weeks toward the Health & Wellness Promotion Program… for FREE!*
This academy will allow 12 students to learn essential concepts of health and wellness, plus earn a credential to become a group fitness instructor.
Space is limited! Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
When
June 5-16
Cost Savings and Eligibility
Students participating in this academy save $1,021.36 the entire cost including books to complete these two courses toward the Health & Wellness Promotion associate in applied science.
To be eligible to apply, students must be entering 11th or 12 grade with at least one dual credit class in Health & Wellness.
Deadline to register is May 15, 2023.
*Tuition and other program costs funded by the Workforce Innovation Grant (WIG) program.
