Mid-State Technical College brings national leadership experience to central Wisconsin
Mid-State Technical College will host Leadercast: Legacy of Impact on Wednesday, Dec. 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., bringing one of the world’s most respected leadership development experiences to each Mid-State campus—Wisconsin Rapids, Marshfield, Stevens Point Downtown, and Adams.
The nationally recognized event features exclusive rebroadcasted content from the live event held earlier this year of influential thought leaders, entrepreneurs and changemakers who challenge participants to consider the impact they leave behind. This year’s theme—“Legacy of Impact”—encourages leaders at all levels to build lasting value within their workplaces, teams, and communities.
The 2025 speaker lineup includes:
• Andy Stanley, renowned leadership communicator and author of “Your Leadership Legacy”
• Dominique Dawes, three-time Olympic gymnast and motivational speaker, with “Success Is a Journey, Not a Destination”
• Jesse Cole, founder of the Savannah Bananas and author of “Fans First,” on “Transforming Customers into Raving Fans”
• Hal Elrod, bestselling author of “The Miracle Morning,” on “From Overwhelm to Impact: Harnessing the Fighter Pilot Mindset”
• Bob Kendrick, president of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, presenting “Winning Leadership: How the Negro Leagues Changed the Game and America Too”
• Jon Gordon, bestselling author of “The Energy Bus” and “The Power of Positive Leadership”
• Plus, engaging panel discussions hosted by Brian Morris and Afterburner, known for their “Flawless Leadership” performance insights
“This event is an opportunity for organizations to invest in their people and strengthen leadership across our region,” said Craig Bernstein, director of Workforce & Professional Development at Mid-State. “We’re excited to host this experience locally so employers don’t have to travel far to access world-class leadership development.”
Attendees will enjoy a light breakfast, lunch and facilitated in-person discussions designed to deepen reflection and connection throughout the day.
Registration is $120 per person, or $95 per person for groups of four or more. Seating is limited at each campus.
Businesses and organizations are encouraged to give the gift of leadership by registering their teams for this one-day event.
