Location
Wisconsin Rapids Campus and Fine Arts Center at McMillian Memorial Library

This event has been rescheduled from its original date of May 5 due to a change in the speaker’s availability and will now take place on Wednesday, May 20.

Mid-State Technical College will host Tom Farley, Community Outreach Director at recovery.com and a nationally recognized mental health and addiction recovery advocate, for two powerful community conversations focused on overcoming stigma and building understanding around addiction and mental health.

Drawing on personal experience and years of advocacy work, Tom’s presentations emphasize compassion, connection, and the importance of open dialogue in prevention and recovery.

These events are free thanks to the Wood County Opioid Grant through the Human Services department, however, advance registration is required.

Both sessions are open to all community members.
