Facing financial challenges doesn’t have to stop your education. Join us for a financial wellness event designed to help current and returning students overcome financial barriers, resolve SDC holds or balances, and confidently take the next step at Mid-State Technical College.

Start Strong blends financial wellness, recruitment and student support to help individuals “start strong” — investing in themselves, their families and their future. 

Event Highlights

  • Create a monthly budget to manage day-to-day expenses
  • Explore payment plans, scholarships and financial aid opportunities
  • Connect with Mid-State’s Financial Wellness Coordinator and other community resources
  • Discover program and career options through PathwayU
  • Learn about credit for prior learning and experience
  • Tour campus with Outreach staff
  • Take an immediate next step: Apply, register or connect with an advisor

Healthcare Simulation Center Tour - PM

Tours are available to the community and prospective students. Students interested in any health program or EMT/paramedic program are encouraged to attend. Tour participants will be able to see live demonstrations through high-fidelity simulators, the Anatomage Table, and state-of-the-art health care technology. This tour is the best way for future students to see first-hand how training at Mid-State applies to hands-on technology.
