Students in the Mid-State Student Nurses' Association (MSNA) bring these values to life through service and connection. This organization gives students opportunities to grow outside the classroom while building relationships with peers who share their passion for healthcare.
Students also expand their learning beyond campus. By attending statewide nursing conferences, they connect with professionals, explore emerging healthcare trends, and learn about future career opportunities.
Closer to home, students make an impact through projects like Healing Treasure Boxes. These care packages are created to support individuals facing health challenges and offer comfort during difficult times.
“Projects like this remind us why we chose nursing,” one Nursing student shared. “It is about making a difference, even in small ways.”
This sense of purpose is supported by Mid-State’s Nursing program, which is recognized for strong student outcomes, hands-on clinical training, and simulation-based learning.
