What You’ll Need to Apply to Mid-State

Mid-State’s application is quick to complete. You’ll want to set aside 15–20 minutes to fill out the application and have the following:

Our application includes non-refundable application fee. Pay online or follow instructions in the application to apply for a waiver.

Social Security Number

You will be asked to enter your Social Security Number in the application*.

Program Choice

You will indicate your program of choice or indicate Undecided in the application—you can change this during the advising phase of the admissions process. Not sure which program to choose? Start on our Career Clusters page to narrow down the options.

The application asks for your Social Security Number and $30 for the application fee, which may be waived if you qualify.
