About Jeremy Fojut

Jeremy Fojut is a visionary entrepreneur with a knack for building communities that galvanize change. He has started six businesses in his career, and the critical ingredient for success lies within taking risks and breaking boundaries—qualities that made him a founder. With a versatile background, he has served as a chief idea officer for renowned global brands and co-founded NEWaukee, excelling in crafting award-winning engagement and marketing strategies. Jeremy's expertise extends to scaling Newance, a tech recruitment firm, into a thriving multi-million dollar enterprise.

Most recently Jeremy became the chief revenue officer at Mars Solutions Group and board member of Red Planet AI, a tech training accelerator for people reentering the workforce. Jeremy also cofounded Rivet, an AI-powered tech startup software platform that uses proprietary algorithms to connect individuals within an organization, enabling them to meet and form lasting relationships with their colleagues.

Jeremy Fojut is an intellectual thinker and change agent who has significantly impacted his clients and community. His innovative work in talent attraction, leadership development, and community connection have reversed the brain drain trend in Wisconsin, bringing new people and dollars to revitalize neighborhoods. For example, the NEWaukee Night Market brought millions of people and economic development dollars to revitalize a once-forgotten neighborhood in Milwaukee—it was even named one of America's best street markets by Travel + Leisure magazine!

Jeremy is a social entrepreneur who is driven by a desire to make a positive impact on society. In 2011, he created Young Professional Week, the country's first initiative to attract and retain talent. The accolades poured in, with Jeremy being recognized with an Innovation award from the International Economic Development Council and Forbes Magazine naming him as one of 30 people to watch in the social entrepreneur sector.

Jeremy has turned his attention to human connection with his latest venture, Rivet. Designed to combat disconnection by fostering stronger human relationships between colleagues in remote or hybrid environments, Rivet is changing how we think about the future of work.
