The Mid-State Foundation is hosting its second-annual golf outing at Sand Valley Golf Resort, and you’re invited!

Join your community and friends at “The Sandbox,” Sand Valley’s stunning 17-hole par 3 course, for an exciting day of golf and friendly competition. All proceeds benefit Mid-State Foundation programs.

Five-person teams. Top five teams scratch score will win prizes. 

Register by July 5. Space is limited to the first 85 golfers!

  • 17-hole par 3 course
  • Greens fee
  • Drink ticket
  • Skins game entry and mulligan (team)
  • Hors d’oeuvres during reception

Golf | Noon – 3:00 p.m.
