The standard
virus protection at MSTC is Symantec AntiVirus, and is installed on
every computer. The virus definitions date should be current within
the week. The virus protection runs on all PC's by default. PC's receive
their virus updates via a managed server on the MSTC network.
Although
MSTC attempts to protect all PC's and Servers, always be cautious
when opening a message from an un-trusted source. E-mail attachments
and downloads are how most viruses are introduced.
