At MSTC, we believe that learning extends beyond the classroom.
It should include student-driven opportunities for personal
growth and development facilitated through involvement in student
activities. We support both extra- curricular (non-program related)
and co-curricular (program related) clubs
and organizations. These organizations provide opportunities
to learn more about your chosen professional field, to experience
cultural enrichment and the
opportunity to develop teamwork, leadership and time management
skills.
AT
MSTC part of student life is the Cougar Athletic Teams. MSTC
offers Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Women’s
Volleyball. MSTC athletics are a great outlet and a way to show
your talents and get involved. Cougar teams have won numerous
state conference championships, with individual athletes earning
state and regional honors.
While MSTC's academic programs enrich your mind and move you
toward career goals, the college's athletics programs enrich
your competitive spirit and allow you to grow as a team member
and leader outside the classroom.
Cougar teams are members of the National Junior College Athletic
Association, the Wisconsin Junior College Athletic Association,
and the Wisconsin Technical College conference.
