Students who obtain a protective restraining order which lists school (MSTC) facility locations as being protected areas, must provide a copy of the petition and declarations used to seek the order to the following:
- Wisconsin Rapids campus-Director of Student Support
- Marshfield and Stevens Point campuses -Campus Dean
- Adams County Center-Center Supervisor
MSTC is not responsible for enforcing restraining orders. Local law enforcement should be contacted to enforce a valid restraining order. |
