If there is reasonable cause to believe a student has pursued a course of conduct requiring suspension or dismissal, the student may be suspended or dismissed by the class instructor or Division Dean. The student will be informed of th specific charges in writing without unreasonable delay. A student may be withdrawn from a class or a program under the following circumstances: failure to succeed or to progress in a class or program; excessive or continuous absences; disciplinary reasons; past-due financial obligations; failure or refusal to obtain professional help and/or to accept professional advice. |
