| Student Support Services - Health Insurance An Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan is available for all students and their dependents through a commercial insurance agency.The student completes the enrollment form and pays the cost. Paper copies of the brochure and enrollment forms are also available in your local Student Affairs Office. |
