Campus Specific Information

Bookstore & Sales:
Textbooks and materials may be purchased through the bookstore, which is located within our main office area.

Textbooks can be purchased at the main office anytime during our business hours Monday - Thursday from 7:30AM - 8:30PM; Fridays from 7:30AM - 4:30PM.

Refund requests for textbooks must be made within the first two weeks of a semester or within two weeks of the starting date of a course.

Books that have been used for a class will be considered a used book and will need to be sold at our book buy back which is held at the end of the fall and spring semesters.

All returned books and supplies must be in new condition and accompanied by the MSTC bookstore receipt.

Computer Services:
Computer labs are available for student use during our regular business hours providing there is not a class being held in that lab.

Students are given a logon ID and password that grants them permission to access specific areas on the computer network.

Counseling Services:
Counseling services are available through Student Affairs. The office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM.

Students may schedule an appointment by contacting the Student Affairs office at 715.342.3117.

Our counseling services assist the student in exploring attitudes, information/ideas, feelings and personal concerns. This interaction assists the student in relating previous school records, test scores, achievement, and aptitude and life experience to his or her individual goals and career ambitions.

Financial Transactions & Payments:
Tuition payments may be made during regular business hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30AM - 8:30PM
Fridays: 7:30AM - 4:30PM

Payments may be made by cash, personal check, Discover, MasterCard or VISA by the following due dates:
Fall Semester - August 9
Spring Semester - January 3
Summer Semester - Tuition due at time of registration

Students enrolled in six or more credits may participate in the Installment Payment Plan. There will be a $25 charge each semester to participate in this plan. Students can pick up more information at the main office at any of the MSTC campuses.

Library:
Library hours are as follows:

Monday & Wednesday - 8:00AM - 6:00PM
Tuesday & Thursday - 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Fridays - 8:00AM - 3:00PM

Summer hours are posted.

Our library does offer computer access to students as well as the community. Students may attain a student ID card through our library, which works as a library card as well as student identification. The MSTC ID card allows students into UWSP events and other social activities.

Parking:
Unrestricted parking privileges in the campus lot are granted to all students, staff and visitors between 7:00AM and 11:00PM. Disabled parking is available on the north and east entrances of the building.

Vending:
Vending machines are available in the student lounge providing various beverages and snacks.
