Ready to take the next step?
To apply for admission to the Pharmacy Technician program, please submit the following to Lakeshore Technical College:
1.
Complete a WTCS application form or
apply
2.
Include a $30 non-refundable application fee payable to MSTC.
3.
Complete an Accuplacer entrance examination. (Other test scores may be acceptable alternatives.)

 Reading - Accuplacer score of 74 or equivalent

 Math - Accuplacer score of 79 or equivalent
bullet
 Language - Accuplacer score of 88 or equivalent
4.
Submit an official copy of your high school transcript or GED/HSED scores.
5.
Submit other college/university official transcripts for review of transfer credit.
6.
Wisconsin Caregiver Law (1997 WISCONSIN ACT 27) requires all students have a Caregiver Background Check (nonrefundable $10.00 fee). Based upon results of the criminal background check, a student may be denied access to clinical agencies and thus would not be able to complete the program or be employed in healthcare. Also, clinical agencies will be notified of all students with pending charges and convictions and agencies can decline student admission to that agency. For the most current information on the Caregiver Law, visit www.dhfs.state.wi.us.
7.
Upon receipt of the above materials, you will be accepted to Lakeshore Technical College. LTC will then notify you of additional program requirements.
