In this course, students will investigate the need for renewable energy systems and emerging careers in renewable energy. Students will examine the basic design, function, cost, and other considerations associated with solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, wind, geothermal and biomass renewable energy systems. Students will also explore energy efficiency and conservation methods.
