Overview Moraine Park Technical College (MPTC) and Mid-State Technical College (MSTC) share the Chiropractic Technician program. This associate degree opportunity is the only program of its kind in the Wisconsin Technical College System. Develop knowledge and skills in a variety of areas related to chiropractic healthcare, including office management and insurance procedures, patient therapies, nutrition, patient education and taking x-rays. As part of the experience, students rotate through four internships. Graduates, under the supervision of a chiropractor, are able to assist with patient exams, take and process x-rays, perform conjunctive therapy, process insurance claims, perform front-desk duties, perform other office management tasks and marketing. The Chiropractic Technician program is an Associate in Applied Science Degree (AAS). |
