Process Quality Management Certificate

The Process Quality Management Certificate is designed to provide students with the skills to design, improve and monitor business processes in order to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Successful completion of the certificate will prepare the student for a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate exam.

Topics include the definition, measurement, improvement, control, and analysis phases of Six Sigma.

CBTS Management: Advanced Six Sigmaa - 2.1 credits
Topics include the lean enterprise, black belt and champion training.

CBTS Management: Supply Chain Management - 4.85 credits
Topics include lean manufacturing, ISO 9000, logistics management, and supply chain management.
