How To Register for CBT Courses
1. Print the registration form– Click the Registration Form link. Use the print option of your browser to print the form. Print additional copies of the registration form if needed. Use the "Back" button on your browser to return to this page.

2. Review what CBT course(s) are available– click the Course Offerings link to help you make your choices and fill out the registration card completely.
Note! You must have an e-mail address to register for a CBT course!

3. Complete your registration using one of the following options:
Telephone Registration: Now, call our CBT Enrollment Hotline, and register with your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover! In just a few minutes, we'll collect the information we need to enroll you in the course you want. Or, follow the instructions and leave a voicemail. You can call:

Mail-In Registration: Complete the registration form and mail it with your payment to:

You must pay by check. Mid-State will mail you a confirmation schedule and a payment receipt by the following business day.

Walk-in Registration: Stop by any campus location during normal business hours. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. There may be other payment options; please speak with a representative when you register. We'll give you a schedule and payment receipt.

Important– After you have registered for the course, you will receive a letter with instructions and a password. You must be in the CBT database in order to access your course. If you have not received your confirmation packet within five business days of your registration, please contact David Colby by email dave.colby@mstc.edu
