Please review the following recommended minimum hardware and software
requirements needed to run your CBT course.
- Pentium-class PC
- Windows 95/98, or Windows NT 4.0
- 100 MB available hard drive space
- 32 MB RAM for Windows 95/98 or 64MB RAM for Windows NT
- 28.8 or faster Modem
- Netscape 4.5 or higher or Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher
The CBT courses are designed to work at modem speeds of 28.8Kbps
or higher. However, the courses work best with a faster connection
like DSL or cable. The very first time you run the course will be
the slowest. The access speed will get faster each time you run
the course as course information is loaded into the browser and
course cache.
