Four Appointed to MSTC Board - July 1
WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Four persons were appointed to the Mid-State Technical College (MSTC) Board of Directors Wednesday evening by the Board Appointment Committee, whose members represent eight county boards within the MSTC District boundaries. Peggy Ose, Dean Ryerson, and Judy Woltmann were each appointed to three-year terms. Randall Dhein was appointed to a one-year unexpired term to replace Terry Frankland, who resigned from the board in February.

Dhein, 2669 Swiggum Lane, Port Edwards, is employed at Erco Worldwide. He has served on the MSTC Board of Directors since 1997. Ose, 3311 Enchanted Drive, Wisconsin Rapids, is employed at the Riverview Hospital Association and has served on the board since 2005. Ryerson, 6110 32nd Street, Grand Rapids, is the Superintendent of the Wisconsin Rapids Public School District. He has served as a board member since 1999. Woltmann, 10463 County Rd. BB, Marshfield, is employed at Norwood Health Center. This is her first term as a member of the MSTC Board of Directors.

County Board supervisors who participated in the selection were Alfred Sebastiani, Adams County; Philip Idsvoog, Portage County; Norman Weiss, Waushara County; and Ken Josephson, Committee Chairman, Wood County.

The MSTC Board is comprised of nine members who represent five categories: employer (2), employee (2), additional members (3), one school district administrator, and one elected official. Pending certification by the Wisconsin Technical College System Board, the appointments to the MSTC Board of Directors will begin July 1.
