Mid-State Technical College (MSTC) will host a Wisconsin Education Fair (WEF) for area high school students, parents and other prospective adult students at MSTC’s Wisconsin Rapids campus, 500 32nd Street N., on Thursday, September 24 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and Friday, September 25 from 9-11 a.m.

Nearly 90 representatives from universities, colleges, technical and vocational colleges, trade schools and the military will be participating at the WEF to talk about a variety of educational opportunities. No formal presentations will be held. Students, parents and others interested in learning about higher education options will be free to move around the gymnasium, located in Building E, spending time with individual representatives. In addition, financial aid personnel will be present to answer questions on financial assistance.

This is an excellent opportunity for students and parents to obtain information from a variety of institutions in a short period of time. There is no admission fee to the WEF. For more information, call MSTC at 715.422.5430.
