WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Mid-State Technical College (MSTC) is offering a free, adult career planning course at the Wisconsin Rapids campus, 500 32nd Street North, beginning Monday, February 12. Career Awareness & Assessment allows adults the freedom to explore a wide variety of careers that match their personal and professional values. Classes will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8:30-noon, February 12 through March 2.
Participants will engage in self-discovery activities about their interests and values as well as formalized tests of basic academic skills and aptitudes. They will also be assisted in making a career match that is best suited to them. Interested persons are encouraged to take advantage of this free opportunity to explore and assess their career skills and possible future career opportunities.
Individuals 18 years of age and older may register for the Career Awareness & Assessment course at MSTC's Wisconsin Rapids campus or learn more information by calling 422-5443. Special accommodations can be made for students with disabilities.
